It's always third person limited view. Occasionally an omniscient narrator, but I would say only in the "wind rises" parts.

On perspectives (you.) have first person view. I have have the second person's first person point of view(Me). And can now see (me as a text.) 1st person or at least my text (it's enough trust me.). now you are the second person.(your text was enough to know you are there.). Now let's add the third person and thier Outlook on(#3.) the first two people in front of them (texts). then we can add the fourth person's point of view (#4) 1st person perspectives on the other three people in the room carrying out a (Communal dialogue.) Those who have the first person perspectives; will now have a third person point of view, and the fourth. while the second person(you) will have a first person point of view of a 2nd 3rd and 4th person in a 1st person point of view ,and a fourth person point of view looking at yourself (via text).
