How would people react? what about the whitecloaks? and how different would the story be if they were in it?

So we know that Shai'tan (The dark one) can not bring people back if killed by balefire. The horn breaks its bond with Mat when he dies but then Mat is brought back with the death of Ravin this doesn't make since if Ravin was killed before meaning Mats survival so that would mean the horn has a "memory" or that it is more powerful than the Dark One

Based on the information in the Wheel of Time Companion. A friend made an awesome spreadsheet with the raw data and I created a plot based on that info, Counts are approximate only, but errors no more than one or two of the frequencies displayed here. Thoughts?
