Lady Arilyn Dhulaine is a noble from Cairhien.

Lady Arilyn is slightly above the middle rank of nobility and thus she can worn stripes nearly to the her waist. Her sigil is a pair of silver stars above green and red stripes.
She is an informant of the Gray Ajah, and likely has been for some time.
While Niande Sedai was advisor to King Galldrian of Cairhien she was known to have visited the country estate of Lady Arilyn more than once.
Activities[]
The embassy from the White Tower led by Coiren Saeldain, took place at Lady Arilyn's palace in Cairhien.[1] After Coiren Sedai took over Dhulaine Mansion in the city, Lady Arilyn reportedly went to join her husband on a country estate.
Rand and Min were held in Arilyn palace for a while after their kidnapping by Elaida's Aes Sedai.
Cadsuane and her entourage later took Arilyn's palace as well. Here was where Cadsuane kept High Lord Darlin and Lady Caraline as "guest" until Dobraine freed them on Rand's orders.
