Arrata is a wiry woman who wears a red Seanchan soldier's coat.[1]

She earns Perrin Aybara's ire when she slashes open her sack and spills a handful of precious forkroot pellets onto the ground. Perrin admonshes her for not opening it directly over the opening to the aqueduct that supplies water to Malden, Altara.[1]
