Blaeric Negina is Warder to Joline Maza.
Appearance[]
He is a tall Shienaran, with short black hair and blue eyes. His topknot is starting to grow again after being shaved off during his and Joline's time hiding with with Valan Luca's circus.
Activities[]
Evading the Seanchan[]
He accompanied Joline to Ebou Dar. When the Seanchan attacked, Joline happened to have been dosed with Forkroot. Along with Joline's other Warder, Fen Mizar, Blaeric managed to sneak Joline out of the Tarasin Palace.
They hide her in the basement of The Wandering Woman. The owner of the inn, Setalle Anan, recruited Matrim Cauthon to help Joline escape Ebou Dar. During the escape, Mat had Joline collared to pass as a damane until they were out of the city, which neither Joline nor her two Warders were very pleased with.
Traveling with the Band[]
Blaeric went with Joline and Mat when they fled Ebou Dar and hid in Valan Luca's circus. He shaved off his topknot.
When Tuon Athaem Kore Paendrag managed to get an a'dam on Joline, Blaeric and Fen damaged the wagon's door and a window in an attempt to aid Joline.
He rode with Mat into the cursed village of Hinderstap and was attacked by the crazed villagers when nightfall came. He escaped the village with Mat and the others.
After the Band reached Caemlyn, Blaeric left Mat and the Band and journeyed back to the White Tower with Joline and Fen.
