Characters named after fans

While writing the last three volumes of the series, Brandon Sanderson and Team Jordan held several charity contests where readers could become named characters in the books. Other characters were named after beta readers of the co-authored books. Although Robert Jordan also included some characters named after fans, they are relatively few.
