In the aftermath of the Battle of Falme, Cerandin was left behind. She gathered three of the s'redit along with an a'dam and eventually joined Valan Luca's Traveling Show. While with the show, she trained and exhibited the s'redit, which Luca called "giant boar-horses".[1] Nynaeve al'Meara and Elayne Trakand recognized her as Seanchan and questioned her.[2] She concluded that they are the westland equivalent of Seanchan High Ladies and prostrated herself before them. She told Elayne and Nynaeve a lot about Seanchan.
Elayne made Cerandin wear the a'dam to prove she wasn't a sul'dam. When Elayne and her companions departed Luca's show, Elayne attempted to coerce Cerandin into leaving with them, but Cerandin refused to leave the s'redit behind.[3]
Later, Mat learned that Valan Luca was rewarded by the Seanchan for giving shelter to an animal trainer, so Cerandin most likely rejoined her people after the Seanchan conquered Ebou Dar.[4]
