Chowin Tsao was an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah who served as an advisor to Artur Hawkwing before he initiated the siege of the White Tower.[1]
History[]
After Hawkwing's children and wife were poisoned and he invaded the last free kingdom, Aldeshar, he did so in force and with brutality. Instead of making King Joal Ramedar an imperial governor, Hawkwing had him executed, and slaughtered the remaining armies instead of accepting their surrender. Chowin Tsao left his service in protest against this butchery, and in 967 the High King accepted a new advisor, whose name was unknown, after having "reconciled with Tar Valon," so it was most likely not on good terms. Her serving period was between FY 954 to 962.
