Summary[]
Point of view: Elayne Trakand
Elayne begins to get dressed. Just as she finishes Birgitte announces that Dyelin has returned with the High Seats of four houses, which will bring her total to six houses, matching that of Arymilla. Elayne is surprised that the four high seats, Perival, Catalyn, Branlet and Conail are all teenagers but without guardians or others elders with them. Over three thousand useful troops came with the high seats, which will help greatly with manning the walls of the city.
