The crystal statue is described laying on its side unbroken near the redstone doorframe in Rhuidean during the fight of Rand al'Thor and Asmodean. It was laying among all other ter'angreal.[1]

The ter'angreal is depicted as a fallen crystal statue of a nude woman clasping a child to her breast. Its size is unknown but it is described as Rand and Asmodean rolling on the ground during the fight, they were banging against the redstone doorframe then against this fallen statue, so it must be big enough for that.
