Easing the Badger is an inn in Illian run by Nieda Sidoro, one of the Blue Ajah's eyes and ears. Moirane, Lan, Perrin, Loial, and Faile stop there as they are trying to catch up with Rand. A group of Gray Men try to kill Perrin in the common room [1], but he smells them in time to warn the others. After the attack and Moiraine's discovery that one of the Forsaken rules Illian, they leave early after only a few hours of sleep.[2]
