Gamel Loune is a Seanchan Banner-General from Dalenshar.[1]

He is tall and lean. He is missing the top of his right ear and has a slash of white there amongst his black curls. There is white flecks through his hair.
Activities[]
He is visited in camp by Furyk Karede, who asks him about a series of attacks that have hit the Seanchan forces in Altara.
