The helmet of metal feathers is a ter'angreal that was recovered in the Kin's Store Room in Ebou Dar.[1][2]

The helmet is covered with what appears to be fluffy metal feathers.

The use of this ter'angreal is unknown. When Elayne tested it with a thread of Fire, she gave everyone except herself within twenty paces a blinding headache.[2]
