Holleen Mecandes is a Cairhienin noblewoman, known as the Kite.
Appearance[]
She is blonde, statuesque, and was in her forties at the time of the events of the main series.
History[]
She is the much younger sister, or more likely the niece, of Cabriana Mecandes, an Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah. At some point, her branch of the family relocated from Tear to Cairhien.
Lady Holleen is the head of the largest Darkfriend cell in Cairhien.[1]
