House Aybara is a new noble house of the Two Rivers, established in 999 NE with Perrin Aybara being declared Lord of the Two Rivers. It was formally recognized by the Andoran government in 1000 NE per agreement between Lord Perrin and Queen Elayne Trakand. The House is closely tied with House Bashere of Saldaea, as Perrin is married to Queen Zarine "Faile" ni Bashere t'Aybara, though per agreement with Queen Elayne, Perrin and Faile's children must divide the Two Rivers and Saldaea between themselves to prevent the complicated situation of Saldaea annexing traditional Andoran territory.
