Map of Caemlyn
The Inner City of Caemlyn is the oldest part of the city, and is almost entirely Ogier built. This is evidenced in its conformity to the natural environment. Rather than forcing the land to conform to the builders desires, it uses the natural landscape as a platform for artistic design. This results in winding roads which flow around the city's hills. In addition to this, the roads are designed in as a series of circles which spiral toward the Royal Palace at the center.
