Irinjavar is a location in Saldaea. Davram Bashere fought a battle there with the false Dragon Mazrim Taim until the visions of Rand al'Thor fighting Ishamael appeared in the Sky.[1]

When Mazrim Taim presented himself to Rand al'Thor after Rand gave amnesty to men who can channel, Bashere did not recognize him and Taim joked about that he has shaved since. Taim mentioned that he had Bashere beat at Irinjavar until the visions appeared.[2]
