She is plump and pretty with touches of white in her dark hair.
Strength and Abilities[]
In "The Wheel of Time Companion" her level of strength is described as 16(4). In the same entry it is stated that she could make a gateway just large enough to pass through. Usually a strength as 16(4) is more than enough to open suitable gateways to Travel (in fact the minimum strength required is usually around level 22(10)) so maybe Julanya is lacking more in Talent than in strength.
Activities[]
Due to ability to Travel, she is sent to report on what the Borderlands army is doing. She is then told to watch and report on any movement the neutral High Seats armies may make.
She Travels back to Caemlyn to report to Birgitte Silverbow that the army is moving towards the city. She is sent back to their camp to work as a laundress.
Julanya helps douse fires caused by the Gholam attack on Matrim Cauthon back in Caemlyn.
