Master al'Meara was a tabac farmer and shepherd from the Two Rivers. He was the husband of Elnore al'Meara, and the father of Nynaeve.
History[]
Master al'Meara and his wife had one child, a daughter named Nynaeve. He thought of her as the son he never had, and taught her to track, hunt, and fish.[1]
Master al'Meara passed away when his daughter was still young, as did his wife. As an orphan with no immediate family, she was raised by Doral Barran, the Wisdom of Emond's Field, and became her apprentice.
