Melitene is Tuon Athaem Kore Paendrag's der'sul'dam.
Appearance[]
She has long, graying hair, less black than gray. She was an experienced woman, both in her craft and in catching nuances.
Activities[]
Along with Captain Musenge and Furyk Karede, she leads a group of damane and sul'dam to hunt down Tuon. She laughed about Mylen's fierce wanting to find Tuon, and her worship of Tuon.[1]
When the camp where Tuon is held is found, she goes with Karede to meet with the camp's leader. She holds Sheraine Caminelle's (Mylen) a'dam. She then goes with Karede and Tuon back to Ebou Dar.
She is present when Tuon warns King Beslan Mitsobar not to cause a revolt against the Seanchan.
She brings Fortuona Suffa, the former Amyrlin Seat who shows Fortuona and those gathered around her how to Travel. Fortuona decrees that all damane are to learn the weave in preparation for a full-scale attack on the White Tower using Traveling to transport the army there.
