Mikio Vadere is an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah[1].
Appearance and Personality[]
Mikio is 5'5" tall, and plump, with a round face, black hair worn short of her shoulders and dark brown eyes. Physically quite strong, she has a fairly ordinary appearance.
Her eyes are the most striking thing about her; they are intent and inquisitive always; she has a way of noticing small things that escaped others’ notice.
Strength and Abilities[]
Mikio is of high average strength for an Aes Sedai, with a One Power level of 18(6). She is stronger than the minimum stated strength needed to Travel.
History[]
Mikio is 93 years old. She was born in 907 NE and went to the White Tower in 923 NE. After spending twelve years as a novice and eleven years as Accepted, she was raised to the shawl in 946 NE.
Activities[]
She has allied herself with the Salidar Aes Sedai and was one of the ten ferrets sent to the White Tower to spread the rumour that the Red Ajah set Logain Ablar up as a False Dragon.[2]
When Zerah Dacan is found out to be a Salidar spy, she gives up Mikio's name as well. Mikio was so part of the group that was trying to hunt down the Black Ajah[3]. When Meidani Eschede is freed from her oath of obedience, it can be assumed Mikio is as well.
Trivia[]
Mikio is described only in "The Wheel of Time Companion", she is never mentioned in the main books of the Wheel of Time.
