Millis Fendry is the innkeeper of the Hoop and Arrow in Caemlyn.[1]
Activities[]
Every three to four days Master Harnder visits Mistress Fendry in the Hoop and Arrow. After the visit she sends a pigeon north. She was also visited by three Brown Ajah sisters, who met with Mistress Fendry in private. Reene Harfor seems to be aware that she is a spy.
