Parelean was a member of Cha Faile.[1] He was from Tear.

He had a square chin. He had a beard but started shaving once he joined Cha Faile.
Activities[]
He follows Faile Bashere to Ghealdan and seems to be one of the leaders of Cha Faile. Faile thinks that he and Selande are the smartest among them, though Camaille and Arrela are quicker thinkers. He manages to tell Faile about Masema Dagar meeting with the Seanchan before he is killed in battle with the Shaido.
