Pelanna is one of the Atha'an Miere First Twelve.
Appearance and Personality[]
She has a long pink scar across the right side of her face. She has tightly curled hair which is nearly all gray.
Her honor chain is heavy with medallions, including one for her part in the Escape. Her wrists ankles bore the marks of the Seanchan chains.[1]
When she laughs, she expects those under command to all laugh with her.[2]
History[]
She is Wavemistress of Clan Kisagi and one of the First Twelve of the Atha'an Miere. Caire din Gelyn Running Wave is her Windfinder.[3]
Activities[]
She was one of the captives that managed to escape the Seanchan in the Escape.[2]
She attends the meeting of the First Twelve with Rand al'Thor's ambassador Logain Ablar. She gives grief to Harine din Togara Two Winds for being punished for her lacking bargain with Rand.[2]
Near the end of the meeting Cemeille din Selaan Long Eyes interrupts with the news of the deaths of the Amayar. Pelanna asks if it was a sickness or plague, but is told that they all committed suicide.[2]
