Rhiale is a Wise One of the Shaido Aiel.

She is flame-haired.
Strength and Abilities[]
Rhiale can channel quite strongly. In TWoTC her strength level is described as 19(7), the same level of Tamra and Gitara, which is a high ranking level among Aes Sedai.
This strength is more than enough to open alone a gateway for Traveling.
Activities[]
She participated in the murder of Desaine. She fights in the Battle of Dumai's Wells. She was "Chosen from the strongest of the Shaido Wise Ones who could wield the One Power". However she morally draws the line in attacking the other Aiel clan Wise Ones during the battle. She helps to activate the call box and is present when both Caddar (Sammael) and Maisia (Graendal) arrive.
She ends up Traveling to Ghealdan. With Therava and a few other Wise Ones she stands up to Sevanna and begins to take away some of her power.
