Sandip is a Lieutenant with the Band of the Red Hand. He appears to work primarily with the scouts. He is also an accomplished hedge-doctor.

Activities
Sandip is involved in the Battle of Caemlyn with the rest of the Band, trying to rescue the fleeing citizens and recover the dragons before they can be captured by Shadowspawn.[1]
