Setsuko was a novice in the White Tower during the Aiel War. She is from Arafel.
Appearance and abilities[]
She is stocky and shorter than Moiraine Damodred. She was very timid. She has pale eyes. She was not strong enough in the One Power to earn the ring, let alone the shawl, and so was sent away from the Tower. This would place her as being below a strength level of 46(34).
History[]
She wakes Siuan Sanche with news to report to the West Stable. She talked about running away from the White Tower and is sent to Merean Redhill teaching her discretion. She will never reach the shawl and will leave the White Tower when she learns how to Channel safely.
Speculation[]
Because twenty years have passed, it can be assumed that Setsuko is now far away from the Tower, maybe a Kinswomen.
