She was 5'2" tall and quite stout, with copper skin. Shahal had a flirtatious streak; in fact, when she chose to flirt, men quickly forgot that she was short and stout.

History

She was born roughly 200 years ago in Arad Doman. Nothing is known about her training, but she is likely to have been raised Aes Sedai sometime between between 835 and 845 NE.

Activities

Shahal Comanli was one of the unaligned sisters in Cadsuane Melaidhrin's group in Cairhien.

When Cadsuane went to Far Madding searching for Rand, she left Shahal Comanli, Silvane Redfor, Rosara Medrano and other sisters to keep an eye on the situation in Cairhien, under the leadership of Samitsu Tamagowa.
