So Eban is a village in Altara. It is located on the border of Altara and Amadicia, near the River Eldar.
When Nynaeve al'Meara, Elayne Trakand, Juilin Sandar and Thomdril Merrilin are in Sienda, Thom hears of a rumor that King Ailron means to take the eastern bank of the River Eldar, from Salidar to So Eban to Mosra. If this plan succeeds, Pedron Niall, through Ailron, will be able to control the commerce of Ebou Dar.[1]
