Question[]

How could Hawkwing unite all of Randland if the Stone of Tear never fell to him? Was he originally the ruler of Tear? Zero Sign - Zero - Talk 06:04, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Could Tear have joined voluntarily?Fatidiot1234 17:15, 21 January 2009 (UTC)

Maybe. But I wanna know for sure. Zero Sign - Zero - Talk 16:59, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

Hawkwing definitely wasn't from the pre-Tairen nation; Shandalle was up near Cairhien, instead.[1] At a guess, I'd say Tear (or more properly, Moreina joined Hawking's empire voluntarily after resisting Guire Amalasam's attempt. The Guide may have more info... -- nae'blis 18:01, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

Hmmm. I guess you're right. Zero Sign - Zero - Talk 04:23, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

I read in the The World of Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time that the governor of the Stone of Tear declared his support for Hawkwing however the rest of Tear had to be taken, from the nobles who held those lands, by force. Zero Sign - Zero - Talk 05:32, 6 February 2009 (UTC)

Children and Dates[]

This article is confusing, it states that he got married in 933 AND 937 to the same woman, probably a miswrite. It also states that he had four children, with one dying in battle and the other three being poisoned. However, we also know that Luthair and and unnamed daughter each lead their respective expeditionary forces and vanished. This needs attention. SirGodspeed 19:36, September 22, 2009 (UTC)

So nobody has a clue about this? SirGodspeed 16:27, December 5, 2009 (UTC)

The year of his marriage to his first wife is 937. That is fixed. Also, Luthair and his other siblings had another mother. Artur married her in 965. See the Legacy section.---- Willie LLAP 16:45, December 5, 2009 (UTC)

No one acknowledges an obvious reference...[]

Isn't it kind of obvious that Artur Paendrag = Arthur Pendragon? He's a king, 'n stuff. Just throwing that out there because of the similar name, not feeling like adding anything myself. 98.217.133.51 19:55, January 23, 2010 (UTC)

My thought has always been: So what? It doesn't go anywhere. Fatidiot1234 21:00, January 23, 2010 (UTC)
