Characterization of the Myrddraal...The Great Lord?[]

I read the section of the chapter in question and there can be no doubt that the Dark One speaks in Alviarin's room and marks her. But by the same token he is still bound outside of the Wheel and should not be able to make a personal appearance. What is then happening is that the Myrddraal must be like a scary sock puppet to say it crassly, with the Dark Lord actually animating the sock, but from outside of the Wheel. The writeup doesn't really say that, however, and I'm not sure how to say it without making the article dense or convoluted or perhaps both. Pedantic 00:16, February 10, 2012 (UTC)

It wasn't a normal Myrddraal. It was Shaidar Haran, an uber-Myrddraal that has abilities and can be influenced by the Dark One. He is kind of like an avatar of the Dark One, but can only stay away from Shayol Ghul a short time. Also, I changed the headings to the {{setting}} template. ---- Willie - HtS 07:08, February 10, 2012 (UTC)
