The attitude towards Tamra[]

During my reread of New Spring, I find myself constantly surprised at how rarely Tamra is referred to as "Mother" or "the Amyrlin Seat". Moiraine and Siuan nearly always refer to her as "Tamra", and all full sisters speak among one another of her as Tamra, never as the Mother, the way they always spoke of Siuan during her time on the Seat. Even more so; right after Moiraine joining the Blue Ajah, Anaiya enters her quarters saying that "Tamra" had sent a message for her. (NS/ch.12) When Moiraine leaves the message from Tamra to Kerene, she says to her Warders that "Tamra" had urgently asked for her presence. (NS/ch.7) This final notation could of course be because Kerene and Tamra almost surely knew one another for a time way longer than Tamra's time on the Seat.

So my question is: was Tamra perhaps an Amyrlin Seat so personal with Accepted that they dared think of her with her first name only? Is it possible that Anaiya refers to her by first name since they almost guaranteedly knew each other before Tamra was raised? Or is this simply a tradition among the Blue, or maybe all Ajahs, to refer to someone with their first name even after their raising?

Or how come that Siuan is often, not to say always, referred to by each and everyone as "the Mother", and Tamra isn't? Right now I can't find an example of a sister speaking with an Accepted where she speaks of Tamra with her first name only, but that would only increase the question marks.
