Tefan reigned as the King of Khodomar during the rise of Artur Hawkwing
In the summer of FY 943, Tefan moved his armies into Shandalle along with Queen Nesaline of Caembarin and First Counselor Almindhra of Tova. The reasons for this are unclear, but some sources speculate that it was due to a fear of a man who would not submit to White Tower law and who refused an audience with the Amyrlin Seat, Bonwhin Meraighdin.
Hawkwing fought back, and by the end of FY 943 he had conquered half of Tova, as well as large parts of Caembarin and Khodomar.[1]
