Trayal is an Ogier from Stedding Tsofu. He is displayed to Rand and his group pursuing the Horn of Valere as an example of what might happen to them if they choose to travel the Ways.

He is an Ogier of middle years with a dark beard, big vacant eyes, and a sagging face. The Ogier acts vacant, as if he is not there. He is docile, but drools. He has no expression and his eyes look like they do not see.
History[]
He is described as having once been a fine Treesinger. He was the last of the Ogier from Stedding Tsofu to travel the Ways. Verin Sedai is commanded to touch him and she pulls back in horror because she cannot feel anything inside the shell that was once Trayal.[1]
