Valene Sural is an Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah.[1] She was part of Elaida's expedition to kidnap Rand al'Thor in Cairhien.

Valene is new to the shawl, so she lacks the ageless look of the Aes Sedai.
History[]
She was born in 972 NE and went to the White Tower in 988 NE. She was a novice for five years and Accepted for six. She was raised in 999 NE.
Activities[]
Since Valene lacks the ageless look, she was chosen for the expedition to Cairhien.
After kidnapping Rand and escaping capture during the Battle of Dumai's Wells, she was sent with her group to Dorlan under the leadership of Covarla.
