She is one of the twelve Aes Sedai loyal to Elaida's White Tower who escaped the Battle of Dumai's Wells[3].
Covarla, Lusonia Cole, Vasha, Hattori and the others return to the White Tower. Elaida secretly sends them to the small village of Dorlan to hide the disaster of Dumai's Wells to the Hall. So Vasha travels to Dorlan, keeping an eye on the Younglings[4].
By orders from Elaida the sisters in Dorlan, under the command of Narenwin Barda, and the Younglings started a guerilla campaign against the rebel sister's army during the siege of Tar Valon[5][6].
She watches Gawyn Trakand practice swordplay with Sleete and Marlesh. She then informs Gawyn about a meeting with the Aes Sedai in Dorlan and an embassy from the White Tower[2].
