Covarla Baldene obtained command in Dorlan because she was the strongest of the group that escaped Dumai's Wells. Therefore, it is likely that Wyndera's strength level is beneath 21(9), which is Covarla's level.
Activities[]
Wyndera remained loyal during the Tower split. She was sent to Cairhien to kidnap Rand al'Thor and escaped Dumai's Wells with Covarla to take refuge in Dorlan.[1]
Trivia[]
This Aes Sedai is described only in "The Wheel of Time Companion", she is never mentioned in the main books of the Wheel of Time.
